What is CURIOOkids Indonesia?

CURIOO is an Entrepreneur, Design, Technology &amp English Communication training provider for young people (3 -12 years old). We educate the NEW GENERATION of Entrepreneurs, Designers, Scientists and Leaders. CURIOO opened its first studio in Shenzhen, China in May 2020 and has been expanding rapidly. Currently, CURIOO has opened over 19 studios in 9 countries and continues to impact the future of young people around the world.

Get to Know the Role

As a Learning Consultant for CURIOOkids Indonesia, you are responsible for understanding the unique needs of parents and educators, showcasing CURIOOkids’ diverse and innovative curriculum, and building lasting relationships to help bridge the gap between young learners and valuable skills. You will not only provide valuable information and guidance but also serve as ambassadors for the company, demonstrating the transformative potential of our programs.

Job Description

1. Achieve monthly sales targets by generating and closing leads for new students and upselling existing students to new educational programs and services.
2. Develop and implement innovative communication, recruitment, and enrollment strategies in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students.
3. Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events.
4. Provide general sales support including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
5. Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
6. Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
7. Committed to full Work From Office
8. Willing to be placed in Bintaro and Cikarang

Requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of sales experience&nbsp
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
4. Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
5. A team player with a growth and ‘Can do’ mindset
6. Sales target-oriented and willing to work the extra mile
7. Fluency in Indonesian and English

Special Skills/Competencies Preferred

1. Has experience in the education industry and working with children
2. Has experience with CRM or marketing tools
3. Has experience in a startup company
