Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 3 years experienced in Legal Permit and Banking Acquisition areas
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out land acquisition until signing the “SPH”
- Carry out identification and/or inspection, collection of land owners and/or land ownership documents to be acquired up to submission of land payments, submission of land taxes
- Negotiate the price with the owners of the land to be acquired
- Provide the “BPN” accompaniment to carry out measurements of land to be acquired and/or after acquisition until the Certificate
- Coordinate with external parties, notaries, government agencies, village government, sub-district, local government and/or agencies related to land acquisition
- Monitore regularly of the location of land that has been acquired (land boundary markings) with and/or the team in the field
