The Senior Maintenance Manager is in charge of a few plants, in charge of establishing overarching goals and strategies for the maintenance department, coordinating and aligning implementation across plants to achieve company objectives.

Description
- Establishes overarching goals and strategies for the maintenance department, coordinating and aligning implementation across plants to achieve company objectives.
- Develops annual maintenance department budgets for all plants with Maintenance Managers and reviews monthly expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
- Identifies opportunities for better cost control and reduction for each plant and presents proposals to the Manufacturing Director.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to standardize maintenance and repair processes and procedures, successfully implementing them across all plants.
- Provides analysis and improves maintenance and utilities performance in each plant, including but not limited to MTTR, MTBF, On-time Planned Maintenance, and Energy Consumption.
- Promotes a safety-first culture, actively involved in all aspects of developing and sustaining a safe work environment, ensuring that safety program requirements are met at all times.
- Develops and establishes maintenance organization structure, roles and responsibilities, KPIs, and hires and trains all staff.
- Ensures implementation of spare parts management in each plant, including categorization (stock/non-stock), safety stock levels, and optimal inventory to minimize downtime at the minimum cost.
Profile
- Experience handling maintenance in multisite manufacturing (minimum 2 sites) for 2 years.
- Understanding of technical aspects both mechanical and electrical.
- Minimum 15 years of maintenance working experience with at least 5 years as a Maintenance Manager, and handle minimum 2 sites.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and good analytical skills.
- Responsive, quick, and strong in execution.
- Have a good drive, hands-on, and skilled in problem identification and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership, good people management, and team-building skills.
- Understands TPM & Preventive Maintenance
