Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate with a bachelor degree majoring engineering Civil / Industrial Engineering / Architecture / Management / Marketing Background from reputable Universities. ( Experienced is Allowed )
- Minimum GPA : 3.25
- Maximum Age 25 Years Old
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation in English
- Proven Leadership and organizational experience
- Have a good communication skill, conceptual thinking to create breakthrough business improvements
- Willing to be located all over Indonesia
- Willing to Follow a mentoring and comprehensive Management Trainee Program in 1 Year
