Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Learn sales operation by completing rotation in sales office and area function
- Learn sales process by completing training program
- Shadow senior sales manager and sales team on a daily basis
- Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
- Leads sales at distributor and outlet with area sales manager and area sales supervisor
- Bachelor degree in any major GPA 3,2 (out of 4 scale)
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Have experience 2 years in Sales Area or related is a plus
- Have a driving license (A or C)
- Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented
- The position is for full-time position
- Willing to follow terms & condition of Management Trainee program
- Willing to be relocated to any APP’s location (Indonesia)
- This position will be place all around Indonesia (Sumatera to Papua) with regularly rotation in the middle of program, depends on company needs.
