- Developing and implementing efficient import and export strategies to support the company’s business objectives
- Managing the end-to-end import and export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, shipment coordination
- Manage and deatl with EXIM (Export and Import) activities including preparation, process, licensing, and analyze lead time of the process
- Ensuring complliance with all applicable trade regulations, laws, and company policies
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks in Export and Import Issues
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly
- Maintaining a database for import shipment and direct report to management
- Processing claims on import shortages and overages
- Handing other report to govermnet agency related with import, licenses and facilities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
