Governing all processes related to the company’s licensing and legality management, relating to
government institutions, including the company’s licensing, employment, especially foreign workers
employed by the company, company assets, and Company’s business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law
- Have at least 10 years of work experience in the legal field
- Have at least 5 year of experience in Mining Companies
- Have knowledge of how to make agreements, understand business law, have a broad legal insight
- Good comunication skill
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed on job site PT Darma Henwa Tbk
