We are looking for an experienced and dedicated R&D Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage new product development projects, conduct market research, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage the company’s R&D strategy.
– Lead the team in new product development from concept to launch.
– Conduct market research and industry trend analysis.
– Work closely with other departments to ensure products meet quality standards.
– Oversee R&D budget and resources.
– Compile reports and presentations for Company Leadership.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
– In-depth knowledge of the product development process.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
