Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Understand the implementation of the Food Safety Management System (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC)
- Understand the implementation of the Halal Product Guarantee System and the processing of Halal certificates
Job Descriptions
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and food safety processes, systems, and procedures in accordance with local regulations, industry standards and customer requirements to improve production processes and reduce costs
- Monitor daily production operations to ensure product quality and food safety
