Applus+ is currently looking for Manufacturing Excellence Senior Manager for our client with details as below:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and sustain a robust Manufacturing Excellence roadmap, with TPM as a core pillar.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM programs to maximize equipment effectiveness and uptime.
Facilitate and oversee cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute process improvement and TPM projects.
Coach, mentor, and train site leadership and operations teams on TPM pillars, lean manufacturing tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to TPM, OEE, downtime, and cost savings, ensuring accountability and progress reporting to senior leadership.
Promote a strong culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operator engagement in daily equipment care.
Benchmark industry best practices and drive innovation in manufacturing systems, maintenance strategies, and operational standards.
Support new product introductions and capital projects with a focus on process reliability and maintainability.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while driving operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with demonstrated expertise in TPM implementation and leadership.
Proven track record of successfully leading TPM initiatives and large-scale process improvement projects.
Six Sigma Green Belt required Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, preventive/predictive maintenance, and equipment reliability best practices.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to drive engagement and influence at all levels.
