Description
- QMS Development & Implementation: Establish and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), incorporating quality assurance, inspection, and a commitment to excellence.
- SOP & Workflow Optimization: Design, standardize, and refine SOPs and production workflows to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency.
- Contract Manufacturing Management: Oversee third-party contract manufacturers to maintain world-class manufacturing standards and drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Track key performance indicators, drive cost reduction initiatives, and lead quality and efficiency improvements in production assembly.
Profile
- Experience: At least 7 years in automotive manufacturing, with a background as a Manufacturing or Quality Manager.
- Proven Impact: Strong track record in developing SOPs, optimizing production workflows, and implementing quality standards.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them toward common objectives.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Strategic mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of quality assurance, production engineering, lean manufacturing, and contract manufacturing management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field an advanced degree is a plus.
