Job Description:
- Conduct market research activities to identify gaps and opportunities in various distribution channels.
- Analyze future sales, consumer preferences, competitive brands and products, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand product performance in the market.
- Regularly visit to outlets, retailers, and distributors to gather firsthand insights.
- Conduct market surveys related to price, quality, service, and promotions for both own products and competitor products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven expertise in market research and new product development within the FMCG sector.
- Have proven experiences in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and pinpointing opportunities for innovative product development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear presentation of ideas to the stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently and conduct offsite market research in West Java and Central Java areas.
- Preferred domicile at West Java or Central Java.
