Job Title: Marketing Manager (Jap-Speaking)
Job Location: West Java
Job Hours: 5 days, 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:
Product Proposal and Sales:
- Propose and sell our engineering plastic products to Japanese manufacturers in the automotive industry. 
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from existing clients and maintain excellent relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing Operations and New Client Acquisition:
- Conduct marketing activities, including market research, analysis, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met.
- Interpret data from market research to aid in making business decisions. 
- Contribute to identifying and engaging potential clients. 
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base within the industry.
General Administrative Tasks & Reporting:
- Handle related tasks and responsibilities to support the overall marketing operations. 
- Prepare and present regular reports to Management on marketing activities and results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics or related field from a four-year university. 
- At least 6-8 years corporate sales experience is required, preferably in the automotive or plastics industry
- Experience in corporate sales within Indonesia, particularly in the automotive or plastics industry, is highly desirable.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese is essential and business-level proficiency in English.
