Requirement:
- Minimum 27 – 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in all majors
- Have experience minimal two years at the same field of work
- Fluent in English & Japanese (writing and conversation), preferred
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have the ability to negotiate
- Having good communication skills
- Willing to be placed and conduct interviews in Cirebon
Responsibility:
- Responsible for carrying out the administration system management process and order realization in buyer transaction activities
- Responsible for carrying out the control and storage process for administrative documents related to buyer status
- Responsible for monitoring the status of order realization
- Making reports related to the socialization and communication process to buyers, as well as other parties related to the product realization system and specifications
- Conduct inspections and inform changes in rights and obligations from order realization and complaint activities
