Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Measurement and Reporting Senior Analyst who will play a key role in tracking and analyzing contractual metrics and operational KPIs. This individual should be adept at generating insightful reports, designing user-friendly dashboards and collaborating across a heavily matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to facilitate discussions and adaptability to change within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop new dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to minimize manual efforts and improve efficiency.
- Maintain governance around performance metrics by engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Act as an individual contributor or lead a team, driving performance and reporting accuracy.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data and trends to predict future performance metrics and operational KPIs. Develop models to forecast business outcomes and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis.
- Strong ability to design user-friendly Excel dashboards with clear visualization.
- Experience creating meaningful presentations using PowerPoint for executive reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for enhanced reporting solutions.
- Basic automation skills, including VBA Macros to streamline data processing.
- Familiarity with Finance & Accounting (F&A), and Insurance Operations processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a polished and professional presence.
- Experience in reporting contractual metrics and operational KPIs to meet business objectives.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and work effectively in virtual teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to organizational changes.
