- Strong knowledge of palm oil mill operations, processes, and equipment.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding regulation and certification palm oil industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for mill management.
- Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring optimal efficiency, and productivity.
- Implement and monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute plans to improve mill performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage and lead a team of mill staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and control budgets, costs, and financial performance of the mill.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on mill performance to senior management
