Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Create 3D Mold Design & modification file based on Moldshop and Injection Engineering requirement.
- Update BoM and DFM Report of the modified mold design.
- Files handover to Moldshop with detail info (file location, detail modification, images) for manufacturing process and maintain the folder and filenames following standard naming convention.
- Moldflow Analysis (3D preparation, review, analysis, best setup)
- Provide Kaizen/improvement of mold design and software operation. Related to cost saving, time saving and communication.
- Provide training related Mold Design operation and software.
- Fill in daily Time Tracker report
- Maintain 6S activities at working area
 
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (2D/3D CAD Programming/CAM Programming/Injection Molding/Mold Making Process)
- Good skills of Rhinoceros V5, DelCam Power SHAPE, Autodesk Moldflow
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
