We are searching for potential candidates as a Management Trainee Training & Development with requirements as below:
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology,
- Minimum GPA : 3.00
- 23 – 29 yo.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
- Mastering the instruction & scoring psychological test tools
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Description:
- Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Coordinate efforts to ensure the full utilization of all site-training facilities, processes, resources and equipment
- Work closely with management, ensure that policies, program, processes are develop, implemented, communicated and consistently administered in business goals.
Will be positioned in our factories located in Cikampek
Salary (Gross) Include Fix Bonus 2 times Per-year, Transport Allowance, Meal, Performance Insentif, Uniform, Medical Inssurance, and Training (External & OJT).
