Your main responsibilities
Coordinating team operations, to ensure deliveries within the time estimates, and the business specifications and needs.
Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of team’s projects (eg: Proof of Concepts).
Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping and giving advices to team members. Overseeing and improving the team’s skills and efficiency, and organizing the necessary training. Participating in the definition of, and ensuring the implementation of development processes.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Integrate front-end and back-end elements to create seamless user experiences.
Work with databases such as SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database operations.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem to implement innovative solutions.
General Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.
At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.

Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of C#, Asp.NET MVC, ASP.Net Core, Azure, React JS
Experience in WEB.API, Web Services
Excellent knowledge of LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL, Dapper
Knowledge of Multi-Tiers architecture, SOLID patterns, Dependency injection, IoC, Clean Code
Experience with components like NInject, Automapper, …
Following skills are a plus
Continuous Integration, Powershell, Continous Deployment, Azure.
