What We’re Looking For?
- Min. 7 years in similar role, preferably with petrochemical manufacturing experience
- Tertiary qualified in Science, Health or related field
- Certification to relevant health or occupational hygiene associations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including building relationships
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative with system development and execution
- Experience and capability in designing management system documentation, process flows and framework
- Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
- Contract based
 
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Develop and implement health improvement plan
- Identify relevant regulations and requirements related to occupational hygiene & health
- Interpret legislative (and technical) requirements, undertake gap assessment and establish programs to reach and maintain compliance
- Establish protocols and policies as needed for risks which require management such as fatigue, drug and alcohol
- Develop, co-ordinate and facilitate health & exposure monitoring surveillance programs
- Coordinating Health Risk Assessment (HRA) of Occupational Health in Polytama Propindo
- Collecting, analyze and identification Occupational Disease of Occupational Health Report
