Job Description:
- Formulate and execute sales plans according to assigned tasks, decompose sales tasks, track target progress, adjust strategies according to market dynamics, and promote sales growth.
- Build and train sales teams, establish performance evaluation mechanisms, and motivate members to achieve performance goals.
- Pay attention to the storage conditions of each warehouse, place orders for purchases in a timely manner, and ensure sufficient supply.
- Manage operational team.
Requirements:
- Have minimum 5 years of sales experience, more than 2 years of team management for FMCG company, especially Chinese company is a plus.
- Have good communication skills in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Have excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills, and can effectively solve problems.
