The operations director has to be in charge of multiple sites in Indonesia, where the director has to oversee, manage, and assess the performance of all sections within the Production Department, focusing on human resources, systems, procedures, facilities, machinery, subcontractors, and related elements.

The client is a leading MNC manufacturer that has multiple sites in Indonesia.
Description
- Manage production systems and drive continuous improvements across all production aspects, including Safety and 5S implementation.
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of all production activities, including scheduling, resourcing, work assignments, and tracking daily results (actual vs. planned), while continuously enhancing team performance.
- Lead daily production activities, collaborating closely with Production Supervisors and the Maintenance/Engineering team to achieve machine efficiency targets.
- Administer personnel actions, including disciplinary measures, role rotations, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and professional development for all subordinates.
- Manage and control production-related costs by monitoring process recipes, adhering to budget targets, and ensuring accurate production reporting.
- Propose and implement improvements within the Production Department.
- Oversee 5S activities for designated areas, including conducting 5S audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate stock-taking activities within the production area.
- Monitor environmental impact assessments, risk evaluations, and operational controls within the department.
- Set and report on QEHS objectives and targets to top management.
- Support and encourage the team’s contribution to the implementation of the QEHS management system.
Profile
- Has to have 5 years being in the directorial level or 10 years of plant management role
- Experiences in managing multiple sites
- Well-versed in business strategies on top of operational experiences
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree holder
- Possess strong world-class manufacturing, LEAN and process improvement experiences
