Performance Marketer -Meta Focused
Contract: 3-Month Fixed Term (with potential to renew based on performance)
Salary: £4,000–£6,000 per annum
Fully Remote

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Paid Social Media Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing—especially Facebook (Meta) advertising—to join our small but mighty team. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive meaningful engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, performance metrics, and continually improving ad outcomes. You will be expected to take ownership of campaign results and bring a sharp, analytical eye to our performance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Performance Marketing: Track ROI, CPL, and other performance KPIs, using data to refine targeting, budget allocation, and messaging.
Media Buying & Budgeting: Manage daily and monthly spend efficiently, scaling what works and pivoting when needed.
Ad Creative & Messaging: Work with our creative team to develop and test scroll-stopping ad creatives that convert.
A/B Testing: Run regular split tests to optimise creatives, copy, audience segments, and ad placements.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor results in real-time, report on campaign performance, and provide insights that feed into broader marketing decisions.
Cross-Platform Support: Although your primary focus will be Meta, you may also support campaigns on TikTok and Google Ads when required.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform policies—especially within Meta’s advertising ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in performance-driven paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong track record of optimising campaigns to hit lead generation and ROI targets
Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Competence in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta reporting, UTM tracking)
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies
Creative mindset with a keen eye for what works in ad creative and messaging
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Bonus: Familiarity with SEO and broader PPC strategies
Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download speed)
Laptop or desktop (minimum Windows 10 and 8 GB RAM)

Additional Details
Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar is a bonus, but we value demonstrable results above formal qualifications.
Experience: 2+ years in a performance marketing role, with emphasis on Meta Ads.
