PPIC Head (Mold Manufacturing)
Job Description:
- Prepare Master mold manufacturing & detail each new mold project.
- Make Moldshop capacity plan.
- Budgeting for mold making (include making CBD and actual cost).
- Make all planning for Moldshop (from material preparation until Mold ready to production).
- Make all overview for the plan and actual mold making process.
- Prepare, monitoring and control all stock component of mold & tools (material, standard part, electrode, etc).
- Control the report in the Moldshop (include time tracker report).
- Make mold manufacturing achievement overview.
- Keep and maintain all Moldshop documentation .
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC, Mold Manufacturing, or Tooling Production, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory control (PPIC) processes for mold manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mold-making processes, including CNC machining, EDM, grinding, and assembly.
- Familiarity with Moldshop capacity planning and Master Mold Manufacturing Scheduling.
- Ability to analyze mold manufacturing costs, including preparing CBD (Cost Breakdown) and actual cost tracking.
- Experience in material and component stock control.
- Understanding of manufacturing documentation management and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
