Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience Production Planning, Inventory Control (especially automotive industry).
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
• Experience in Production plan, material requipment planning.
• Experience in Warehouse Management System.
• Management System (IATF, ISO 14001).
• Fluent in English.

Job Description:

• Achieve PPIC/Warehouse KPI targets.
• Check all document forecast report, Production plan, material requipment planning and inventory to customer request.
• Controlling customer order requests and on time parts.
• Controlling forecast by updating based on customer information and new project.
• Controlling production planning based on the forecast of the customers as effective & efficient as possible to achieve corporate policy.
• Monitoring inventory stock.
• Support on IATF and ISO 14001 implementation with weekly report to manager.
• Make a problem analysis of forecast planning production, material requipment planning and inventory.
• Do Horenzo, 5S, Safety and abnormality action in area Workplace.
