About the role
As a Procurement Fulfilment Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) at PT. YOYIC DAIRY INDONESIA’, you will play a crucial role in the company’s purchasing, procurement, and inventory management processes. This full-time position is based in West Java and involves managing the efficient acquisition and delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment to support the company’s manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfil procurement needs across the organisationConduct market research, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the companyManage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and implement strategies to optimise stock levelsLiaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or quality issuesProvide regular reports and analytics to leadership on procurement performance and trendsContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and systemsWhat we’re looking for
At least 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industryStrong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbalExcellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with procurement software and inventory management systemsA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workWhat we offer
