Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key responsibility will include:
Administering shipment documents, ensuring our product deliver on time with HIGH PRECISION on documentation
Coordinate with the relevant parties regarding the arrival of import Parts
Analysis NORMS VS Forecast to set up Re-Order Point
Ensuring that import materials for production needs are available
Release parts order based on ROP, FU, Monitoring and share to update
Create forecast for local and others country parts requirement
Communicate with the importer regarding the planning of material delivery
Order processing (proforma invoice, load ability, and order circulation)
SAP billing and shipping documentation, warehouse and dispatch
Essential requirements will be:
Minimal Diploma 3 with extensive of 4 years experiences in handling Import parts
Having Experience in Automotive Company
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, meticulous and attention into detail with capacity to relate to people on all levels of the business
Proven leadership skills, with a proactive attitude
Fluent in English preferable
A keen eye for detail and safety
Experience with computerized inventory systems, preferably SAP.
Wiling placed in Factory – Karawang Timur
