About Our Client

Key Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the products portfolio, including coordination with different suppliers.
- Protect IP (Intellectual property) of all the products, under product line.
- Troubleshooting the product related issues.
- Support and Advocate company ESG initiatives
- Develop new products (Inhouse and bought-in), in line with expectations from sales and different segments and write PIS (Product Information Sheet)
- Work with Prod development department, Lab and technical service team to screen and validate new concepts and products.
- Work with supplier/PD team to improve, improvise existing products.
- Coordinate new product trials at customer sites, in consultation with Sales and technical marketing team.
- Approval authority for all QC related issues with products.
- Communicate Product and Application knowledge to Technical Marketing team, sales and customers.
- Product Launches, along with technical marketing team.
- Develop test protocol for customer site, for sales team to provide better technical services on site.
- Analytical work: Evaluate the field trial along with technical marketing and use those success/failure to enhance product line
- Prepare internal report and materials to update management about the progress in product lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or College degree in science, chemistry or technical specialty.
- Product Management / Business Development /Product Development in Chemical Industry and/or process Industry
>15 year of Industry experience (Application support, technical
marketing, R&D, formulation) - Good proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (is added value).
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, result oriented.
- Able to work flexible hours and frequent travel is required.
