Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Production Assistant Manager in automotive manufacturing Industry
- Hold JLPT N2
- Have strong leadership and management
- Proficient in Japanese and English
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Job descriptions:
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme
- Manage and support SHEQ (K3) initiatives and objectives
- Manage and control all activities within the production process, including maintenance and workforce
- Work and coordinate with others department to implement the company’s policies and goals (achieve KPI’s )
- Review the production process based on labour costs to production results.
