Job descriptions:
- Responsible for instructing to experienced Leader and operator, new procedure, regulations, strategy and so on for changing the mindset of working in order to work productivity.
- Responsible for making production plan under discussing with Japanese Expatriate.
- Responsible for personnel management, employee evaluation of production division.
- Responsible for training and skill up for subordinates.
- Responsible for reporting and suggesting improvement plan to Japanese Expatriate voluntarily.
- Responsible for other related job of Production division.
 
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of work experience as Production Leader/Supervisor/Assistant Manager for Japanese Manufacture Company
- Understand Japanese reporting system (HORENSO)
- Willing to work in Cikarang
