What you’ll be doing
Assist the Production Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating the daily production activities for the pumps manufacturing process
Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures to identify and address any bottlenecks or issues
Liaise with the Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery
Provide training and guidance to production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and drive process optimisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Supply Chain, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
What we’re looking for
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role, preferably in the pumps or mechanical equipment industry
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
Adaptable to changes and committed to continuous improvement
