Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as Production Engineer
Experience in develop and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
Experience in make Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process production autonomous and preventive and corrective maintenance.
Experience handle Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Experience handle LOTO
Experience in ensure Safety and 5S standards on the production machines
Strong skills of Mechanical & Electrical
Good communication in English both oral or written
Willing to work at Subang

Job Descriptions :

Ensure Safety Implementation and Make Safety Intelex Reports
Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure customer satisfaction
Run project improvement to increase output of machine, increase of efficiency and reduce waste ratio
Make Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process production, autonomous and preventive and corrective maintenance.
Make, control and monitoring the update data of skill matrix in production and maintenance team.
Monitoring data of planned and unplanned maintenance in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) always updated by the production and maintenance team.
Improve and monitoring the identification of critical parts, stocks for all equipment production.
Lead project improvement across production and maintenance team to increase OEE/efficiency of production machine by utilizing data from CMMS and reduce waste ratio.
Coordinate, monitoring and control the routine activitiest of Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance (Cleaning-Inspection-Lubrication) between the production and maintenance team.
Run the change of machine, process SMED, setting and trouble shoot of machine, provide and repair tooling and make samples of new product.
Develop and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for process production and monitoring Critical to Quality.
Ensure Safety and 5S standards on the production machines are maintained at all times.
