Job Specification :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.
Having experience in handling Wafer/Biscuit/Cookies/Beverages Products.
Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Ready to working in a shift system (3 shifts).
Willing to be placed in Plant Majalengka, West Java.
Responsibility :
Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets, regarding hygiene and safety.
Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance against established KPIs.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
