Requirements:
- Age between 35 and 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a furniture manufacturing company.
- Understands the process of making furniture from materials to finished goods.
- Knowledgeable about furniture materials such as teakwood, aluminum, and rattan.
- Familiar with the process of exporting goods.
- Must be a fast learner, mature, team player, detail-oriented, and adaptive.
- Comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis.
- Willing to work in Cirebon, West Java.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Organize the production workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Report to upper management.
