Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Lead and organize production and task force manpower according to Production Plan.
- Prepare and provide technical solution to ensure the operation according to the standard.
- Coordinate and work closely with Senior Production Manager to ensure the production is running well and in accordance with Production Plan.
- Conduct daily meetings with Shift heads and Engineering to analyze Problems/Solution and Output/Rejects.
- Ensure that all Production Employees working according to company regulation and Company Target.
- Supervise daily activities of Mold changer.
- Supervise and delegate the Jobs of the Task Force Team.
- Prepare and analyze report of Daily Output/Rejects.
- Conduct daily trainings for Production related People and generate NEW/Updated SOP/WI
- Control the reject rate with the task to reduce it.
- Look into OEE and search for improvement with maintenance and engineering.
 
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a management-level position related to Plastic Engineering, etc., is a plus.
- Experience in the sports shoe industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in Plastic Injection (Profound understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, materials, and molds).
- Experience with quality control and related systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Very good proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
- Skilled in handling Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization skills, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are compulsory.
- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and an attitude of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of compliance, laws, and close communication with the Human Resource Dept.
