Production managers ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all production and supporting process activities that are the responsibility in order to achieve production targets optimally in accordance with the targets that have been set. General Qualification :
- Have at least 5 years experience in a same field.
- Experienced in FMCG will be an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Have a good knowledge about production process and machinery (extruction, waffer, biscuit, snack, beverage)
- Have a good knowledge and skill about OEE, COGM, COGS
- Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiecy, speed, quality and implementing new ones as required
- Have a good understanding about Food Safety Management System (FSMS), GMP, ISO, and HACCP
- Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka – Jawa Barat Area
