The Production Manager is in charge of overseeing the production & drive execution of site improvement plans, help set production improvement goals.

Description
- Accountable for production results, driving site improvement plans, setting production goals, clarifying priorities, ensuring accountability, and providing resources to overcome obstacles for success.
- Analyze data to inform long-term strategic changes and improvements across multiple teams and shifts.
- Lead significant projects and improvement initiatives, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, and control on assigned production lines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production safety, cost efficiency, quality, training, inventory, and services.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures, prioritize safety as a core value, and lead safe operations in compliance with legal, legislative, and corporate safety standards.
- Ensure the manufacturing team meets site goals and objectives in alignment with the annual production plans.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the distribution of products, parts, and accessories to ensure timely distribution and optimal sales potential while maintaining good inventory control.
- Track and utilize key performance indicators to drive operational and business improvements.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in operations/manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Central Java, or other assigned locations.
- Proven success in leading and managing individuals and teams.
- Knowledge of the soft goods / labels industry.
- Working knowledge of modern manufacturing practices, such as ELS, continuous flow, and cellular manufacturing, and their integration into operations.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
- Excellent strategic organizational skills, communication abilities at all levels, and strong execution capabilities.
- Strong leadership, project management, and people skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly to team members.
