Job Description:
- Process the machines instructed by superior and to maintains the stabile running time by injection machine within the official target time.
- Evaluate the quality of part injected per shot.
- Record OEE Report data, updating machine shot, output ok, reject, finish good.
- Prepare support tools and receive handover from the previous shift.
- Participate in the briefing of beginning shift and other trainings requested by company.
- Process other work as instructed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably with a technical or manufacturing background.
- Experience in operating injection molding machines is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to evaluate product quality and identify defects.
- Familiarity with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reporting and data recording.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to following company procedures and safety guidelines.
