Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, English Literature or related fields.
- Work experience as a Project Administrator or similar administration role in Civil Engineering Consultant is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working as General/Project Administrator/ Bilingual Project.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
- Experience with technical documentation and schedules is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
- Have experience working with foreign workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Placement at the project location, West Bandung area.
