What You’ll Be Doing?
- Create a project-specific HSE Management System that aligns with company standards and local regulations
- Proactive identification of potential hazards throughout the project lifecycle is crucial
- Inspect the worksite to ensure adherence to safety standards and conducting audits to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the training of staff and contractors on HSE protocols and ensure clear communication on safety expectations throughout the project
- Maintain open communication with project management, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders regarding HSE matters
 
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering or Science/Workplace Safety & Health or of equivalent standard
- Experience in project-based HSE management, particularly within the Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 2 years experience as Project HSE Manager
- In-depth understanding of HSE regulations and best practices
- Exhibits decision making skills
- Maintains customer focus, while demonstrating courageous leadership
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits
- Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
- Contract based
