Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the public relations team, managing day-to-day operations and tasks.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance the company’s public image.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
4. Develop and manage KOL campaigns, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance metrics to assess ROI.
5. Plan and execute public events, press conferences, influencer events, and promotional activities.
6. Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, providing reports on PR and KOL effectiveness and impact.
7. Stay current on industry trends, public opinion, and competitive activities to inform strategies.
8. Willing to travel to meet KOLs, attend media engagements, or represent the company at events as required.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) in public relations and influencer marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
3. Exceptional communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
4. Proven ability to develop and manage successful PR and KOL campaigns.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
6. Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively manage international media and KOL collaborations.
7. Willing to travel for media engagements, influencer events, or other PR/KOL-related activities as needed.
