Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain thorough documentation, track costs, and produce reports on procurement performance while cultivating strong relationships with key suppliers. Overall, their efforts contribute to efficient supply chains, cost savings, and the efficient acquisition of goods and services critical to organizational success.
- Completing all parts development and commercialization, it plays a critical role in setting policies, operating standards, and ensuring all necessary purchases are executed on schedule to avoid production shutdowns.
- By collaborating with internal teams, especially finance, production (PPIC, Warehouse), Procurement, and logistics, they aim to optimize costs and align procurement activities with the overall strategy.
- Obtain goods and services that meet the company’s needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, issue accurate purchase orders, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with quality standards and organizational goals.
- Responsible for managing the procurement process within an organization, starting with identifying departmental needs and sourcing potential suppliers.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or procurement engineering in the automotive industry.
- Have worked at OEM automotive companies or Tier-1 automotive suppliers.
- Willing to work in Jakarta and Cikarang as needed.
- Knowledge of Purchasing process such as: Procure to pay process > Supplier selection process > In-depth knowledge of reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, ERP (SAP/ERP Next/Oracle), Looker data studio, or other procurement software.
- Skilled in vendor and supplier management, with expertise in cultivating and sustaining relationships, along with proficiency in strategic order planning, encompassing both short-term execution and long-term planning.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in import processes, including Incoterms, duties, taxes, and employs effective strategies for successful import purchases from procurement to goods receipt.
- Skilled in customs clearance, project management, and data analysis to streamline operations, ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through logistics data analysis.
- Proficient in contingency planning, problem-solving, and escalation management, adept at developing and implementing strategies to address logistical challenges, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues beyond the operational level.
- Business Process – has a good understanding of business processes and can create, implement, and improve them.
- Vendor and Supplier Selection – able to find suppliers to meet user requests, experienced in sourcing, making comparisons, and providing recommendations to users.
- Exemplifies honesty, integrity, and confidentiality while fostering collaboration, maintaining two-way communication, and demonstrating initiative in all dealings
- Proficient in bilingual communication (Bahasa & English) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, fostering two-way communication by actively seeking and providing feedback.
