QC Leader
Job Description:
- Monitor the product inspection, metal detector checking and packing process.
- Lead the QC team during the shift working hours.
- Create communication between QC’s members, QC Supervisor, QC Head.
- Give information to production leader/engineering about the problems.
- Report daily data to QC Supervisor.
- Follow up the tasks related with the process if necessary and approved by a superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding, Plastic Injection, Production Engineering, or Mold Production.
- Strong expertise in Injection Molding processes, product quality control, and leadership/people management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is preferred).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software/tools.
- Knowledge of environmental impact assessment, risk identification, and control measures.
- Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
- Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety best practices.
