We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure that all socks manufactured meet our company’s quality standards and customer expectations. You will oversee quality checks throughout the production process, identify and resolve defects, and help maintain consistent product excellence across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials (e.g., yarn, elastic, dyes) for conformity with quality standards
Monitor each stage of production — knitting, linking, dyeing, pressing, packaging — to detect and correct quality issues early
Perform regular inspections and testing on finished socks for size accuracy, seam strength, elasticity, color fastness, and material consistency
Document quality control activities, maintain inspection logs, and report findings to production and management teams
Conduct root cause analysis on defects and work with production teams to implement corrective actions
Support quality training for line workers and supervisors to ensure understanding of product standards
Assist with maintaining and improving SOPs for inspection, testing, and compliance
Track and analyze defect trends and customer returns for continual improvement
Qualifications:
Strong observational and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced factory setting
Prefered:
2+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in textile or garment manufacturing
Experience with ISO-certified manufacturing environments
Understanding of export quality requirements (if applicable)
