Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above from Food Technology, Agriculture, Science (Biology/Chemist)
Min 3 years of experience as a QA Manager or 5 years as a QA Supervisor in the food business, specifically frozen food is a must
Must have experience in manufacturing industry food specifically frozen food
Deep understand & Implement GMP+, SSOP, HACCP, TACCP, and FSSC22000 Halal Assurance System+B39
Wiling to place Malang (3 month observataion) and Permanent placement Majalengka, West Java
Job description :
Lead in the development of strategies and processes to ensure that product quality and customer satisfaction are maintained that there is the continuous improvement of products, processes and services
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by implementing a high standard of GMP and HACCP food safety management system
Undertake all necessary research to keep abreast of developments in the fields of TQM and continuous improvement to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position
Develop processes and procedures to ensures to ensures that there is continous improvement in all company operations and that waste is kept to a minimum
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compience audits GMP, HACCP, and Halal Assurance System
