Requirements:
- At least Diploma Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field of study.
- Maximum 40 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as QA in garment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Strong Analytical skill.
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Candidates will be placed in West Java
- Willing to travel out city frequently.
Job Description:
- Monitoring & Assess, from development process to bulk order & delivery (sample assessment, PPS/PPM, Production status report).
- Conduct Inline, Final Inspection & Factory Audit.
- Guide Vendor to achieve quality standard as per quality manual book / company standard.
- Communicate with Vendors regularly to check on process status.
- Ensure proper system is followed to minimized defects.
- Evaluates results and advise corrective measures.
- Provide Report for every Activity as stated at point 1 & 2 (always maintain data accuracy and on time).
