Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by external Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) meet the company’s quality standards. This role includes developing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure OEM partner adherence to company quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Ensuring compliance with required Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) mandated by regulations, countries, and customers (ISO 22000, Halal, SNI, NKV, SMK3, etc.)
- Conduct assessments of their work processes, documents, and infrastructure
- Conduct regular audits of OEM facilities, review manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with both internal and external standard
- Monitor incoming goods from OEMs, conduct product inspections and tests, and ensure that defective products are properly managed and corrective actions are taken
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a food & beverage manufacturing company
- Experience in a multinational company will be a plus
- Having experience in handling dairy or snack product
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)
- Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and assessments.
- Willing to be placed in Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat
