Responsibilities:
- Identify process measurements especilaly for collection
- Create performance management system
- Plan and collect data
- Monitor performance
- Develop dashboards
- Manage to review and analysis
- Support process management framework and methodology
- Communicate necessary changes to processes and policies within the company
 
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree (Any field)
- Have experience work in financial service company will be a good addition
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
