Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the QC activities in the production shop floor.
- Supervise the quality checking process.
- Create communication both to QC’s members and QM Manager, Technical Director.
- Maintain the internal E-mail and external e-mail communication.
- Responsible for quality issues of semi products and finished goods.
- Maintain the systems creation and implementation.
- Report the daily non-compliance and records.
- Establish the quality assessment (audit the QC Inspectors in terms of their QC performance).
- Work with all Head to find solutions and to improve things in the company.
- Keep control of all activities regarding quality control and packing process
 
Requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a management-level position related to the Quality background, etc., is a plus.
- Experience in the sports shoe industry is preferred.
- High level of agility and quick responsiveness, expected to mostly handle on-site field and shop floor activities.
- Strong knowledge in the implementation of QC processes, methodologies of Quality Control, and standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot Quality issues, identify root causes of problems, and optimize efficiency.
- Very good proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
- Skilled in handling Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization skills, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are compulsory.
- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and an attitude of continuous improvement.
