Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Create and maintain quality documentations (procedures, MPS, quality plan, cooling map, working Instruction, standards, etc).
- Ensure that all tests (Lab Test) are performed in the earlier stage of a new item, material, and colour samples.
- Identify and report issues found, oversee continuous improvement, suggest corrective action, and verify if issues are resolved
- To make the trial 3M for any improvement Collect quality data from parts/products, measuring, making an overview, analysing, evaluating it, and ensuring the result meet the requirements and able to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with related parties to ensure consistent project execution
- Give socialization, training, and mentorship to related parties regarding quality subjects/products.
- Prepare and present reports to related parties and superior.
- Perform other works as instructed by superiors that within the scope of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Technical/Plastic Engineering/Production Engineer/Injection Plastic Company)
- Understanding APQP / FMEA Cycle on product development process
- Technical knowledge of Injection Molding
- Materials Expertise

- Computer literate
- Blueprint reading
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
